Do Video Games Affect Academic Performance?

If you spend many hours (50+ hours) a week playing video games, then there’s a problem. But if you spend a few hours (5 hours max) a week playing video games, your academic performance shouldn’t be affected. As a student, you have a pile of different assignments and other tasks that come along with the education process.
